I cannot see the video in my lecture because it says "WM7 Activex control Not Found"
You will most often see this error message on Macintosh. The solution is to install Microsoft Silverlight, which is essentially the Microsoft version of Adobe Flash Player. You can download Silverlight here.
If you are seeing this error in a browser on PC, it is recommended that you switch to Internet Explorer in order to get the most reliable lecture viewing experience. As of right now, our lecture delivery system is run by Windows Media Player, and does not "play nice" with other browsers. While plugins are available, it is a much easier workaround to simply view the lectures within IE.
