Problems loading archived talks
You may run in to problems loading the archived talks depending on what browser, operating system and plugins you are using or have installed. Usually the first time you attempt to launch an archived talk you will be prompted to install a windows media plugin. Follow the basic instructions and download the plugin, double click to install it and reboot your computer. After that for most people on most computers it will operate well. We recommend using Internet Explorer but Chrome and Firefox will often operate as well with the correct plugins.
Some alternatives to the Windows Media plugin are, Microsoft Silverlight, VLC Player and plugin or a number of available public codec packages such as the K-Lite codec pack. These solutions have worked for some and should be available on both Windows and iOS.
