Clear your local medportal Cache
If you experience any strange behaviour while using medportal, you may try clearing your local cache:
From any page within medportal, click the menu button in the gray bar in the top left hand corner(Button with three lines).
- Click on "My Profile".
- Click on the 'Tools' tab.
- Click the button labelled 'Clear Local Medportal Cache'
- Click 'Refresh or hit 'F5' to refresh the page
